  14. An updated version of the template included in WHAT.ZIP that allows
  15. Word for Windows 6.0 users to create and modify RTF files used in
  16. creating Windows Help files.

  18. Version 2.0 contains many minor bug fixes, and an improved bitmap
  19. dialogue with preview (for certain formats).

  21. This is different to WHAT6 (a file apparently on MSDN CD-7).
